The Interactive visitors centre, laboratory and control room constructed over a man-made lake made for a very different installation. The building consists of a series of curved cylindrical steel structures, up to 15mtr in diameter descending in size, every effort was made to show case the technology advancement in the water treatment. Whilst architectural lighting formed a major part of this installation, installation constraints forced inventive ways of installing infrastructure and achieving this award winning project.

Johnstaff Projects - Billard Leece Partnership This 3year project encompassed Decant relocations to ICU, Recovery, Angiography, Supply Stores and Maternity building, along with the refurbishment and new construction Radiology Department, Pharmacy, HIS, CSSD, Patient Holding, Angiography, Medical Records, Anaesthetics, ICU and Operating Theatres. The installation of new HV feeder, Main Switchboard and ATS Switchboards across the entire campus for seamless generator back-up protection. General and specialised power including UPS backup, lighting control systems and state of the art operating and examination lighting formed just part of the major redevelopment.

Five level Infill structure to accommodate 65 new premium guest rooms and retrofitting of 13 existing rooms, Including the refurbishment to swimming pool and gymnasium area. Full building services upgrades was required to meet the expansion of this demanding project, from main switchboard extensions, MATV upgrades, In-room video system upgrade, mechanical services MSB and complete hot water system.

This 2 year project set over 4 stages saw the construction of new school library, staff resource centre, administration wing, two story science block, general purpose classrooms, and extension to the gymnasium / auditorium. Works started with a new Main Switchboard and full sub-main reticulation upgrade. The public address, PABX system and communications network were upgraded throughout the campus. A completed optic fibre backbone network was established with certified category 6 outlets to the desktop.

Murray Goulburn produce a range of dairy products from spreads, soft butter and UHT milk [ultra heat treated], The membrane plant consisted of chemical resistant outlets Stainless steel fittings, flood lighting and boilers. Co-generation plant will assist with the growing power demands and run the site, the Data Centre will house the IT infrastructure for the entire plant, and operations of the Leongatha business unit.
